What is a Lego Tiny House?
A Lego Tiny House is a pre-fab accessory dwelling unit (ADU) located on a residential lot, permitted by the city. Our models include a standalone office “Shed” with loft on 120 sq ft, in addition to three other dwelling structures. Our live in “Studio”, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom units include a full kitchen and bath and are built off-site. In addition, they are built to the same standards as a typical single-family home and designed to be a permanent structure.
