JUDGE RULES AGAINST PHOTOGRAPHER IN IG CASE!

Its happening! Recently a judge ruled against a photographer who had her work “stolen” form Instagram!  I have been warning you guys about this for YEARS now (its been on our message board since 2016!). The judge quoted the EXACT verbiage word for word that I posted on the message board in 2016!

To sum it up you guys, if you post ANYTHING on Instagram or Facebook, you are giving rights away for it to be used for any reason, for anyone. Forever. Even if you remove the photos and close your account.
