Here are the steps to find ACTIVE cash buyers:

2. Pick a market.

3. Make sure that you isolate properties that have sold in the last 12 months.

4. Make sure that the owner lives in the same state and that they own between 5 and 50 properties. (These local buyers will be more apt to work with a new wholesaler.
